1.   HERE’S HOW TO ENTER THE CONTEST: Beginning 11 a.m. ET on 3/14/07, visit www.bountysuperduty.com and follow the on-screen instructions to register and upload a photo depicting your garage along with a statement of 50 words or fewer describing why your garage needs an overhaul. The photograph can be in JPEG, GIF, PNG formats no larger than 450k, color or black and white and cannot feature any person(s) in whole or in part. Entries must be received by 4:49 p.m. ET on 11/1/07 or when 5,000 contest entries have been received, whichever date is sooner. Entries will be preliminarily judged by D. L. Blair, Inc., an independent judging organization whose decisions are final, to determine the top 10 Finalists. The top 10 Finalists will be judged by a separate judging panel to determine the Grand Prize winner. All judging will be based on the following criteria: Appropriateness of Photo to Theme — 70%.; Originality and Creativity of Statement — 15%; Appropriateness of Statement to Theme — 15%. In the event of a tie, the tie will be broken based on the highest score for Appropriateness of Statement to Theme. Limit one contest entry per person throughout the duration of the contest. If more than one contest entry is received per person, only the first such entry received will be eligible.
2.   HERE’S HOW TO ENTER THE MONTHLY GIVEAWAY: Beginning 11 a.m. ET on 3/14/07, visit www.bountysuperduty.com and follow the on-screen instructions to register for the monthly giveaway. Entries must be received within the entry receipt period in the chart below to be eligible for that month’s drawing only. Entries must be received by 4:49 p.m. ET on 11/1/07 to be eligible for the final monthly drawing. Non-winning entries will not be rolled over into subsequent monthly drawing(s). Two winners will be selected each month per the chart below. All monthly giveaway random drawings will be conducted by D. L. Blair, Inc., an independent judging organization whose decisions are final on all matters relating to the monthly giveaway. Odds of winning a prize depend upon the number of eligible entries received for that month’s drawing. Winners will be notified by standard mail. Limit one monthly giveaway entry per person per day. If more than one monthly giveaway entry is received per person per day, only the first such entry received will be eligible. Limit one monthly giveaway prize per person.

3.   ELIGIBILITY: Open only to residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of Procter & Gamble, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and internet agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law.
4.   PRIZES & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES: (17) prizes with a total approximate retail value of $13,790 will be awarded as follows: One (1) Contest Grand Prize of a garage overhaul consisting of a Bounty® Super Duty/Kevin Harvick personalized toolbox, Complete U.S. Metric Plus Apprentice Tool set, 1/2" Drive Air Impact wrench, 1/2" Drive Air Ratchet, Air Drill, Air Chuck set, Power Bit set, Air Compressor, 50' Recoil air hose, Air, Compressor filter/regulator, 3/8" 12v Electric Impact Wrench, Floor Creeper, Air Gage, Air Chuck, Floor Jack, Work bench, Shop-Vac®, and a case of Bounty Super Duty (24 rolls) (ARV: $12,038); 8-Monthly Giveaway Prizes (Prize Package A — 1 awarded per month) consisting of a pair of Kevin Harvick autographed racing gloves, a P&G car cleaning kit including Mr. Clean® AutoDry™ Carwash Kit, Mr. Clean Magic Eraser™ Wheel and Tire, Febreze® Auto™ and a roll of Bounty® Super Duty Shop Towels (ARV: $142 ea.); 8-Monthly Giveaway Prizes (Prize Package B — 1 awarded per month) consisting of a Kevin Harvick autographed visor, a P&G car cleaning kit (as described above) and a roll of Bounty® Super Duty Shop Towels (ARV: $77 ea.). Prizes consist of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize.
5.   GENERAL RULES: Potential Contest Grand Prize winner (or parent/legal guardian if potential winner is deemed a minor in her state of residence) will be required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility certifying that the photo/entry submitted is entrant’s own original work and holds all rights to the photo/entry, that the photo/entry has not been previously published, has not won a previous prize or award and that entrant followed the Official Rules of the Contest. Additionally, potential Contest Grand Prize winner (or parent/legal guardian if potential winner is a minor) will be required to complete a Release of Liability, Prize Acceptance Form and, if legally permissible, a Publicity Release. All completed forms must be received within 10 days of attempted delivery of same. Noncompliance within this time period or return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. No substitution or transfer of prize by winner permitted. The submission cannot contain any unacceptable clothing or adornments, or display any commercial/corporate advertising (including but not limited to corporate logos, brand names, slogans, political, personal and religious statements) and they must not contain defamatory statements (including words or symbols that are widely considered offensive to individuals of a certain race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, or socioeconomic group); they must not include threats to any person, place, business, or group; they must not invade privacy or other rights of any person, firm, entity, and they must not in any way violate applicable federal, state, or local laws and regulations as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. Submissions may not contain indecent behavior, profanities or obscenities, including but not limited to nudity, or pornography, and may not in any way disparage persons or organizations associated with Sponsor; sponsor/judges reserve the right in their sole discretion to disqualify any entry that, in their sole opinion, refers, depicts or in any way reflects negatively upon the Sponsor, the Contest or any other person or entity, or does not comply with these requirements or these Official Rules. Submissions must be suitable for presentation in a public forum, in sole determination of judges and/or Sponsor. Sponsor is authorized to use submissions as it sees fit, including usage in advertising. Sponsor/judges reserve the right to reproduce the submissions in full or edit and enhance the submissions at is discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. All taxes are the sole responsibility of winner. By accepting prize, winners (or parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor) agree to hold Sponsor, its directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of prize. Winners (or parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor) assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its agencies to use winner’s name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Entrants (or parent/legal guardian if entrant is a minor) agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, its directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless from and against any and all liability and damages. By participating in these promotions, entrants (or parent/legal guardian if entrant is a minor) agree to be bound by the Official Rules and judges’ decisions which are final. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any promotional materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. All material submitted becomes the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor, its agents and agencies not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the programs or in the announcement of the prizes. In no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded.

7.   NOTICE TO ONLINE ENTRANTS: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Not responsible for faulty, incorrect or mistranscribed phone transmissions, incorrect announcements of any kind, technical hardware or software failures of any kind including any injury or damage to any person's computer related to or resulting from participating in or experiencing any materials in connection with the promotions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission that may limit a user's ability to participate in the promotions. In the event of termination, a notice will be posted online and the sweepstakes drawing for unawarded monthly prizes will be conducted from among all eligible entries received prior to termination, and eligible contest entries received prior to termination will be judged to determine the Contest Grand Prize winner. Any damage made to the Web Site will be the responsibility of the authorized e-mail account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. Proof of submitting entries will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or the like methods of participation will void all such submissions by such methods. Sponsor reserves the right to prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected or if the account holder fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated herein or with any provision in these Official Rules.
